September has begun, which can mean only one thing for these guests: the notorious closing parties at some of Ibiza’s most exclusive and extravagant clubbing venues are due to begin. The end of the month brings some of the most momentous and spectacular parties of the year, headed by draw-dropping line-ups of some of the world’s most celebrated DJs. It’s time to lose yourself in the sounds of the summer, and end the season in true island style, with our low down of the most spectacular Ibiza closing parties.

The Together Ibiza Closing Party - Tuesday 20th September

The Together Closing party is set to go off with a bang, as this notorious night also celebrates its 6th birthday at Amnesia. The iconic venue with a sizzling line-up of resident DJs is synonymous with Ibiza clubbing culture, drawing vibrant crowds for a diverse party experience. The beauty of Together Tuesdays is the offering of two experiences in one: in the main room bass line addicts can have their fill of non-stop booming beats, whilst the terrace entertains house lovers with a steady, sensual groove. The closing party will be headed by needs-no-introduction residents Chase & Status in the main room along with Andy C and others, whilst the crowd on the terrace will be entranced by Hannah Wants and guests. Roaring bass and hooking house beats will have you entranced all night long this September. Vip balcony access tickets start from €70, with table service available upon request.

Ushuaia Closing Party - Thursday 1st October

Without a doubt, Ushuaia in Ibiza town boasts the most lavish VIP clubbing experience on the island. Steeped in luxury, this ultra exclusive beachclub by day- hypnotic party venue by night, offers the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of Ibiza’s celebrity guests. The full line up is as yet unconfirmed, but with Seth Troxler and the Martinez Brothers on the bill already, the closing party this October is guaranteed to be a paradise for the Ibiza clubber who enjoys the finer things. Open air and equipped with jaw dropping light shows and stage entertainment, the Ushuaia party is not one to be missed, and a VIP table is a must to experience it to the full.

Space Closing Party - 2nd October

As dedicated Ibiza partygoers will know, there’s something truly momentous about the Space closing party on 2nd October. Not just a goodbye until next year, it’s with a heavy heart that we say that this party is a last farewell. After 27 years of offering arguably the greatest clubbing experience in Ibiza, Space’s lease has expired, and so in one euphoric, extravagant explosion it will open its doors for the final time. Fortunately, the addition of a 7,000 capacity outdoor arena has meant there’ll be a few more tickets available, but it will pay to snap yours up early, as this one of a kind event is guaranteed to draw a tremendous crowd to pay homage to the venue and its astonishing line-up. Carl Cox will headline, joined by Tale of Us, Darius Syrossian, Anja Schneider, to set the soundtrack to the night, which marks the end of an era at Space Ibiza on Sunday 2nd October in 2016. The superclub, which is the most awarded club in the world and has an extremely distinguished history, offers VIP packages to all of its events, which include a VIP table, queue jump, €250 worth of drinks and admission to the event. There is a brand new dedicated VIP area in the main room, which enables the Space team to best care for discerning guests.

Amnesia Closing Party - 8th October

Amnesia is one of Ibiza’s most illustrious venues, and guarantees a truly memorable night. Saturday 8th October marks the closing of the season. Guests will be entertained by the hypnotic beats of visiting DJs Claptone, Gorgon City, Hannah Wants, Gaetano Parisio, Hector Couto, Luigi Madonna, Mark Antonio, Apollonia, Cuartero, Luca Donzelli, Mar-T, Paco Osuna, Renato Ratier, and Ricardo Villalobos, as well as the resident DJs Les Schmitz and Caal. The aim of the Amnesia closing party is to recreate the magic that has been experienced at Amnesia throughout the summer of 2016 in one extravagant night. Tickets start from €50.

Sankeys Halloween Closing Special - Monday 31st October

One of the last clubs to close on the White Island, Sankeys will shut its doors on 31st October after an extravagant halloween special. The final instalment of a 3-part closing ceremony, the Halloween finale is sure to be the biggest and most extravagant party of the season. Although the line-up is being kept under wraps, Sankeys never disappoints. VIP packages start from €250.
