The International Music Summit 2017
The International Music Summit returns to Ibiza for the 10th year in 2017, celebrating the genre of music that has defined the dance scene for which the White Isle is so moved. Electronic music dominates the agenda between 24th and 26th May, as the biggest names in the industry converge in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ibiza Town’s Dalt Vila and the Hard Rock Hotel by Playa D’en Bossa. Many distinguished guests will be renting luxury Ibiza villas at the end of May to best enjoy both the event and the unique island.

Speeches, Networking and Parties
Aside from the IMS Dalt Vila Festival, which will see a range of back-to-back performances by some of the biggest names on the electronic scene, the three-day International Music Summit 2017 will welcome over 80 speakers from around the world – the most prestigious in the history of the event, each a celebrated name in the international music industry. Among the highlights of the event will be 10 keynote speeches from industry authorities: Bernard Sumner (Artist, New Order); Dixon (Artist); The Black Madonna (Artist); The Martinez Brothers (Artists); Masters at Work (Artists); Patrick Walker (Facebook, Director of Media Partnerships EMEA); Austin Kramer (Spotify, Global Head of Dance/Electronic); The Arnau Family (Founders, Elrow); Nick Sabine & Paul Clement (Founders, Resident Advisor); and Gianfranco Bortolotti (Founder, Media Records). In addition to the masterclasses, there will be a range of informal chats and panels, dealing with relevant subjects in the world of music. The IMS Legends Dinner 2017
The annual IMS Legends Dinner will be held this year on 24th May, recognising the achievements of the electronic music pioneer and Founder of Pacha, Ricardo Urgell. From 8pm, the IMS’s opening event will comprise a sumptuous 3-course meal and a fittingly exuberant after-party that will feature music from Masters at Work, The Black Madonna, Agoria and Alex Kennon. Previous winners of the coveted award include Nile Rodgers, Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong and Carl Cox. Guest tickets cost €150 per person.
