Can Roc is an immaculate white house with multiple terraces protected by the shadows of sunroofs built with old sabinas on the beach. The quest for authenticity has dictated every single choice of material. The whole roof of the house, with a 180° sea view, forms an incredible terrace, separated in different zones, perfect for lounging. The interior of the house is decorated with taste and refinement in pure Formentera style, after having been fully renovated with deep respect for authenticity.

The dining room next to the kitchen has its own chimney and a table for 12. The bar/ lounge drives to the living room with a second open fire, TV, sofa, and piano. In this house, music is fully welcomed. And the art on the walls perfectly fits the spirit of Formentera.

The garden is shadowed by old olive trees, and planted with tens of different species of cactuses and local bushes. The children will enjoy the swimming pool and the waves crashing on the nearby beach, just 50 meters form the house. The live in cleaning lady stays in a separate building on the property. She will prepare delicious breakfasts and an optional external cook can spoil you with soulful homemade meals.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, multiple terraces, day beds, sunbathing or sheltering in the shadow. In the evening, drinks and tapas can be served on the rooftop, equipped with its own bar.

We just spent a week at Can Sheva, booked through Dynamic Lives, and it was absolutely stunning! Easily one of the best villa experiences we've had. The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, and even better than the photos. We also booked a private chef, private masseuse and rental cars through Dynamic Lives, and all were great.
