Casa Louie is a superbly stylish and spacious villa set in the low hills in between Ibiza and San Jose. This modern villa has a wonderful feeling of space as it benefits from a lot of natural light. It has lovely views to the sea to Formentera and to the Salinas salt flats.

Casa Louie was completed three years ago by one of Ibiza´s acclaimed local architects. It is 550m2. There are five large bedrooms, all en suite. The house has been finished to the highest specification and has everything you would expect from a luxury Ibiza villa.

The house sits on a substantial 25,000m2 terraced plot which gives it an abundance of outside space. The property has an electric gate and the option of 24 hour security. The stunning infinity pool is 17m x 5m and has a beautifully designed beach effect, so you can lie back in the shallows, relax and dream away. There are ample sunbeds and sofas to fully enjoy the pool and surrounding terrace. The house also benefits from a lovely large grass lawn; a real treat in Ibiza. Below the house is a staff room with en suite but no natural light.

We just spent a week at Can Sheva, booked through Dynamic Lives, and it was absolutely stunning! Easily one of the best villa experiences we've had.
