Villa Can Jacq is a modern luxury 6 bedroom villa with a sophisticated fusion of urban and Mediterranean interior design. The property is located on a hill between Es Cubells and Porroig and offers amazing, undisturbed sea views and tranquility, only a five minute drive from San José and Es Cubells.
The massive main house opens up with an open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with top end products of restaurant quality. The sliding doors of the living area open completely, leading to the main terrace, where you have different seating areas and a dining table for up to 12 guests.
In the lower part of the house, there are four ensuite guest rooms, each with double bed and individually designed bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional living area. All bedrooms have access to one another, a big terrace, from where you walk downen a few steps through the wonderfully landscaped, mature palm tree gardens to access the pool area with a 20m x 6m pool, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor living area. Two further double bedrooms with ensuite are located, one the ground floor of the main house and one superb 40m2 cabana bedroom by the pool with private entrance, great outdoor bathroom and own cosy living areas. There is an additional 7th bedroom, suitable for staff or teenagers, available upon request.
