Villa Gaz is beach life re-discovered in a modern, stylish key at this recently completed, 4-bedroom private property only a few hundred meters from Elia. Perched just off the main road leading down to the beach, the location offers both views out towards the sea and vicinity to it, all while maintaining a good level of privacy.

The village of Ano Mera is just a short drive away and perfect for stocking up or living like a local in the traditional tavernas surrounding the main square. The outdoor areas are designed to soak in the sun throughout the day and provide elegant, relaxing solutions around the clock, making it hard to even fathom leaving the spaces surrounding the pool.

A decision made even harder by the view that stretches out over the Aegean sea and the natural valley that brings to Elia. An experience to the highest standard was reserved also for the indoors of Villa Gaz where the skills of the architect and interior designer combine. We just spent a week at Can Sheva, booked through Dynamic Lives, and it was absolutely stunning! Easily one of the best villa experiences we've had. The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, and even better than the photos. We also booked a private chef, private masseuse and rental cars through Dynamic Lives, and all were great. Communication throughout was excellent with every message answered quickly. It made the whole trip feel effortless. Can't recommend Can Sheva and Dynamic Lives highly enough.
