The owners have combined many years of development and rental experience to deliver the ideal modern villa with 7 suites, spacious rooms and outdoor spaces, within a 10 minute drive from Ibiza town. The style of the villa is very modern but subtle, with Ibiza 'rock walls' mixed in with white concrete finishes.
The villa has over 400 m2 of surface and sits on a private plot of 20,000 m2 of land, ideal for the kids to roam and play in safety. The owners have gone to tremendous length to ensure all guests have maximum comfort during their stay with deckchairs and sun loungers for everyone (14) and a complete outdoor second kitchen for those lazy summer evenings in the company of family and good friends. Everything has been carefully thought out, with outdoor relaxation spots sitting back from the long and slick 15 metre pool with large pool terrace.
Inside the villa are all the facilities you'd expect to get in a 5 star hotel - safety deposit boxes, washing and dryer rooms, air-conditioning (Hot & cold), a fully-equipped kitchen, LCd TV's and DVD player.
