This villa is ideally positioned in the vicinity of Ibiza Town, in Roca Llisa, adjacent to the Golf Course, and just a leisurely 10-minute stroll away from the enchanting Cala Olivera.

Step inside, and you'll find all the contemporary conveniences, with an abundance of natural light streaming through the bright interiors. The main villa boasts 4 bedrooms, with a central living area that seamlessly extends to the outdoors. The 5th bedroom, a separate guest room, is tucked away in its private terrace, distinct from the primary villa structure.

The pool area enjoys partial shade from mature palm trees and features a combination of sun loungers and Balinese beds, some of which accommodate couples. Alfresco dining and relaxation areas offer picturesque views of the pool, while numerous other terraces and nooks within the garden beckon for tranquil moments of reprieve.
