Villa Santa Eularia Hills is a beautiful, large family villa with 400m² of living space, 700m² open and covered terraces. All bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms have sea views, and each bedroom has its' own private terrace.
All rooms are tiled with hand made terracotta tiles and marble in the bathrooms, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the small guest house which sits behind the main house. There is a casita, which is a one room apartment with a double bedroom, a living room with another double bed-sofa, a large bathroom and a complete kitchen and a terraced, chill-out area.
The villa sits on a large plot of land (35,000 metres) with numerous natural, stone terraces and makes for the ideal family villa in Ibiza. Very well protected, with lots of land, it enjoys great privacy at just 5 minutes from Santa Eularia's town centre.
All 4 bedrooms are en-suite in the main house, each with a private terrace overlooking stunning views. Decorated in a Mediterranean style, terracotta floors and walls dominate the interiors and exteriors. The large swimming pool also includes a jet stream that allows good swimming and a waterfall over a huge rock with flow intensity control.
